Working out of state with Jude was very easy. She assured me that she had experience with doing business with others who were out of town. Jude was extremely patient and constantly reassuring.

Jude was very professional throughout the process. She really looked after our interests. I almost gave up along the way because of bank pre-approval issues, but Jude encouraged me to press on and connected me with the right local loan officer who was able to help us.

We cannot thank Jude enough for the expert help and support she provided us through our home purchase process. The area we were looking in is a very competitive buyer market. The first home we made an offer and acceptance on ended up having numerous problems during inspection and appraisal. Jude worked hard to negotiate with the seller, but ultimately the deal did not go through. Jude advised us to let the deal go and keep looking, a better home was still out there. Her advice was spot on. About 3 weeks later, the perfect home came on the market. Jude was quick to get us a showing within the first 48 hours on the market. The home already had four offers. She guided us in crafting an offer that secured the home for us. We were able to close in 3 1/2 weeks. Jude has a network of service providers that allowed us to get excellent inspections quickly. She is tenacious in negotiating for her clients. She was always available to us when we texted her questions or concerns. Jude walked us through the whole process, beginning from a time when we were just learning the area and sorting out what sort of place we wanted to buy. We made three offers - one where another offer was accepted, one where we withdrew the offer after the inspection, and a third one that we ultimately bought.
